These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 30jl online gaming platform, available at 30jl.club ("Platform," "30jl," "we," "us," or "our"). The 30jl Platform is strictly restricted to persons who are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration, in compliance with PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines. Registering an account or placing any wager while under the age of 21 is a material breach of these Terms and is prohibited.
2.2 Age Verification (KYC). 30jl reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Accepted documents include Philippine passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS/GSIS card, or other valid government-issued identification. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification within the period requested will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.
2.3 Geographic Restrictions. The 30jl Platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. You are responsible for determining whether your access to the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. 30jl makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available in locations outside the Philippines.
⚠️ Strict 21+ Policy: 30jl has zero tolerance for underage gambling. Any account determined to belong to a player under 21 years of age will be immediately and permanently closed, and all associated balances will be forfeited in accordance with regulatory requirements.
3.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the 30jl Platform. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, names, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. Breach of this rule will result in the closure of all associated accounts and permanent forfeiture of all balances.
3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration and must promptly update your account information if any details change. 30jl is not responsible for losses or complications arising from inaccurate account information.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 30jl will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to secure your credentials.
3.4 Non-Transferable. Accounts on the 30jl Platform are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any associated balances to another person.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 30jl currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Available payment methods are subject to change; refer to the Cashier section of the Platform for the current list.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱50 (Philippine Peso). 30jl reserves the right to modify minimum and maximum deposit limits at any time with reasonable notice to users.
4.3 Withdrawal Requirements. Before processing a withdrawal, 30jl requires completion of KYC identity verification. This is a one-time requirement. All withdrawal requests are subject to review. 30jl reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawals where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or violation of these Terms.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing Times. 30jl targets the following processing timelines: GCash and PayMaya — within 5 minutes of approval; BPI, BDO, and Metrobank — 1 to 2 business days. These timelines are targets and not guarantees. 30jl is not liable for delays caused by the payment provider or banking institution.
4.5 Currency. All transactions on the 30jl Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). 30jl does not accept deposits in cryptocurrency or foreign currencies.
5.1 General. 30jl offers bonuses and promotions from time to time at its sole discretion. All bonuses are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, and expiry dates. These specific terms are communicated at the time of each promotion and should be read carefully before accepting any bonus.
5.2 Bonus Abuse. 30jl actively monitors accounts for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming bonuses under multiple accounts, using betting strategies designed to minimize risk while fulfilling wagering requirements, or placing hedged bets across different outcomes. 30jl reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings if abuse is detected.
5.3 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied. In the event of a withdrawal request before wagering requirements are met, 30jl reserves the right to deduct any unmet bonus amount from the withdrawal total.
5.4 Changes to Promotions. 30jl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion or bonus at any time. In the event of a conflict between a promotional offer and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
6.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the 30jl Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by those game-specific rules in addition to these Terms.
6.2 RNG Certification. All electronic games (slots, RNG table games, fishing games, bingo) use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by trained human croupiers under supervised and audited conditions.
6.3 Malfunction. In the event of a game, system, or software malfunction, 30jl reserves the right to declare all bets placed during the malfunction void. Affected players will be refunded their original stake where technically possible. 30jl is not liable for losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 30jl Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances:
30jl cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and PAGCOR in investigations of prohibited conduct. User activity logs are retained and may be disclosed to regulatory authorities where required by law.
8.1 Ownership. All content on the 30jl Platform — including but not limited to logos, brand marks, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and audio-visual elements — is the intellectual property of 30jl or its licensors and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property law.
8.2 Limited License. 30jl grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This license does not include the right to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reproduce any Platform content.
8.3 Restrictions. You may not scrape, frame, or otherwise use 30jl content for commercial purposes without express written permission from 30jl. Unauthorized use of 30jl intellectual property may result in legal action.
9.1 Platform Availability. 30jl endeavors to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Platform may be unavailable during scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, or due to circumstances beyond 30jl's reasonable control including but not limited to internet service disruptions, force majeure events, or regulatory actions.
9.2 Maximum Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 30jl's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount you deposited in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.3 Exclusions. 30jl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including loss of winnings due to technical malfunction, loss of data, or unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.
9.4 Gambling Risk. You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose the entirety of your deposited funds. 30jl is not liable for gambling losses incurred through your use of the Platform.
Your use of the 30jl Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data in accordance with applicable Philippine data protection laws including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By registering on 30jl, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

11.1 Player Tools. 30jl provides responsible gaming tools in every player account, including deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. Players are encouraged to use these tools proactively to maintain a healthy relationship with gaming.
11.2 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to restrict their access to the Platform may activate self-exclusion through their account settings or by contacting 30jl's support team. Self-exclusion is binding and cannot be reversed for the duration selected. During the self-exclusion period, 30jl will not contact the excluded player with promotional material.
11.3 Age Compliance. 30jl strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. Players who become aware that a minor has accessed the Platform must contact 30jl support immediately.

12.1 By 30jl. 30jl reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where 30jl reasonably suspects: a breach of these Terms; fraudulent, illegal, or abusive conduct; failure to complete KYC verification; or a direction from a regulatory authority. In cases of confirmed fraud or Terms violation, balances may be forfeited in whole or in part.
12.2 By the Player. You may close your 30jl account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closing, all pending wagering requirements must be settled. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding unmet bonus balances) will be returned to your registered payment method.
12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your account for any reason, your license to use the Platform is immediately revoked. 30jl's obligations to you survive termination only to the extent required by applicable Philippine law.
30jl reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 30jl will notify registered users via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and close your account.

14.1 Governing Law. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
14.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute arising from your use of the 30jl Platform, you should first contact 30jl's customer support team in good faith to seek an informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
14.3 Regulatory Complaints. Players who believe 30jl has acted in breach of applicable Philippine gaming regulations may file a complaint with PAGCOR, the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, which is the relevant regulatory authority for online gaming in the Philippines.
